Krissy has over twenty years experience in business management and customer service and excels at helping residents find the community and services ideally tailored to their preferences.

She spent nearly a decade working for some of the leading national hotel operators in the hospitality industry where she learned the importance of focusing first and foremost on the needs of residents. For the past five years, Krissy has served residents in various communities for Milestone Properties.

Mark Bergman, President
Mark's experience includes developing and managing new construction multifamily and seniors housing in the Halifax area. He is pleased to be part of an award-winning team that continues to exceed resident expectations on quality of construction, property management, and customer experience.

Mark's focus is on creating new communities in Nova Scotia where residents enjoy a superior location, ideal features & amenities, and warm social interaction. Mark lives in Bedford, Nova Scotia with his wife and two daughters.

Mike Zinck, Maintenance Manager
Mike has over thirty years experience in building systems, residential construction, and property maintenance. As a friendly and efficient professional, Mike ensures our buildings meet our high standards both functionally and aesthetically. His operational understanding and attention to detail help create a care-free living environment for our valued residents. Mike lives in Halifax with his wife.
